“Finish the quarterly report, can't you?” The angry voice of the department head shattered the calm of the office. It was the fifth time this week the director had barked at me. Each time, he hung up after giving me a hard time. I didn't do anything wrong, but the director always found something to pick on me. It was frustrating. I sighed and picked up the book on the table. I had been flipping through it for the past few days, trying to find some ideas for the report. Suddenly, the book turned into a fantasy world. I was transported to a world where magic and technology coexisted. I saw a floating island in the sky, and a dragon soaring above it. I was confused at first, but then I realized that this was a book. I had been reading a fantasy novel, and somehow, I had been transported into it. I tried to turn the page, but it was like the book was stuck. I couldn't move forward or backward. "Help! Who are you?" I heard a voice from the sky. I looked up and saw a beautiful woman floating in the air. She was wearing a white dress and had long silver hair.
